Dancing with the Harp was a collaboration between dancer/choreographer Sarjo Sankareh and Harpist and composer Uno Vesje. We made this piece as at attempt to create a meeting point between cultures and between different elements of the arts. In the piece we explore new combinations of genres and forms of expression in classical and contemporary music and in interaction with movement art which is influenced by improvisation, modern dance, jazz dance and urban dance genres combined in harmony with the element of music.
